Article 2 (Basic Principles of Youth Protection)
- The Company operates continuous Safeguards within the Service to ensure that youth can design world-building data and structure narratives safely, protected from mentally and physically harmful environments.
- As a professional authoring tool, the Company guides young creators toward sound creative ethics and implements technical and administrative measures as prescribed by relevant regulations.
- The Company makes every effort to prevent youth from being exposed to inappropriate descriptions that may arise from the nature of the authoring engine and takes immediate action based on a Zero-Tolerance Policy upon discovery of violations.
Chapter 2: Technical & Administrative Safeguards
Article 3 (Technical Measures: Authoring Engine Safeguards)
- Input Data Blocking: The Company operates technical devices to detect and block in real-time any user input (prompts) that constitutes harmful media for youth or induces inappropriate sexual descriptions, violence, drugs, or gambling during the authoring process.
- Output Filtering & Monitoring: The Company monitors the results suggested by the Narrative Engine in real-time to preemptively block the exposure of any text or descriptive data that may be harmful to youth.
- Continuous Algorithm Optimization: The Company continuously refines the prompt engineering and filtering logic of the Narrative Engine to proactively respond to anomalous attempts to generate harmful information.
Article 4 (Administrative Measures & Monitoring)
- Creative Data Monitoring: To prevent the distribution and generation of harmful information, the Company constantly monitors creative works and shared content within the Service. Any inappropriate activity detected will result in immediate private status or deletion.
- Usage Restrictions & Zero-Tolerance: Any user who intentionally designs, generates, or distributes harmful information for youth will have their access permanently restricted or their account deleted in accordance with this Policy and the Terms of Service.
